Partner companies and billing

See which companies are connected to your app and who pays for each one.

Who pays

When you move a business from partner to self, it gets 30 days to start its own subscription before HelloLedger asks it to subscribe. If the user revokes your app's last key for a company, billing switches to self the same way.

billing	Meaning
partner	Your company pays HelloLedger for this business at partner pricing, invoiced monthly. The business doesn't see a HelloLedger subscription prompt.
self	The business pays for its own HelloLedger subscription.

List connected companies

Signed with your client ID and secret. connected is false when the company has no active key from your app.

Errors

Code	HTTP	What to do
invalid_client	401	Check HL_CLIENT_ID and HL_CLIENT_SECRET.
company_not_linked	404	The company isn't connected to your app. Connect it first.
(validation error)	422	Send billing as partner or self.
