List items

Scope: items:read. Items are created in HelloLedger by the bookkeeper (for example Rent, Late Fee, Utilities, Parking), so the accounting stays in their hands. Cache the IDs in your app's settings.

Property Management companies start with Rent, Room Rent, Late Fee, Application Fee, Move-in Fee, Pet Fee, Parking, and Utility Billback, created along with the chart of accounts.

Query parameters: active_only (default true), q (name search), limit (1–200, default 100), offset. When next_offset is set, request the next page with it.
